PIPE Approved Premises Residential Worker - Peterborough PIPE
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, maintaining security and monitoring services. They support the well-being and supervision of residents, contributing to risk management and sentence plan objectives while ensuring safety. Daily tasks include conducting building inspections, monitoring CCTV, engaging with residents, and handling medication procedures and drug testing. They collaborate with colleagues, Offender Managers, and partner agencies such as the police and health services to report risk issues.
What they're looking for
- Experience working with diverse people with social or personal difficulties
- Ability to evidence high-level numeracy and literacy skills
- IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to fulfill spoken aspects in English with confidence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths)
