Presenting Officer
Presenting Officers represent the Secretary of State at the First-tier Immigration Tribunal, preparing and presenting challenging caseloads independently. You will review decisions, analyze complex information, and defend decisions in an adversarial environment while building positive relationships with key stakeholders. This demanding role requires resilience under pressure, extended periods of concentration, and flexibility to adapt to court listing changes.

Selection process
Online test by 26th October 2026, followed by application submission by 26th October 2026. Sift takes place the week commencing 2nd November 2026, and interviews take place the week commencing 14th December 2026 via Microsoft Teams.
