Prison Catering: Caterer/Kitchen Supervisor Catering - HMP Norwich
This role involves working in a professional industrial kitchen environment to oversee the preparation and cooking of quality, nutritional meals for the entire prison. The postholder will supervise the work of offenders, helping them to learn new skills and gain qualifications to increase their chances of employment upon release. Working hours include a 37-hour week with shift patterns covering weekends and public holidays.

- Familiar with kitchen health, safety and hygiene regulations
- Able to demonstrate competency within an industrial kitchen
- Able to demonstrate team leadership experience
- Able to speak with confidence in English
Qualifications
- Level 2 certificate in Food Production within Hospitality and Catering
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3
- City and Guilds 7061/7062 or NVQ Level 3 in catering

Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work or relevant EUSS status.
