Programme Facilitator - Yorkshire and the Humber Probation Service - Leeds
You will deliver rehabilitation interventions and structured programmes to people on probation, helping them change attitudes and reduce reoffending. You will work within the Interventions Team alongside probation practitioners, courts, and criminal justice agencies to lead group and one-to-one sessions. The role involves monitoring participant progress, managing challenging behaviour, and keeping accurate records. Because programmes run in the evenings, regular evening work and travel to different locations are essential.
