Relationship Manager
You will develop relationships with and support many different users of the local land charges service, including local authorities and search customers. Your day will involve responding to enquiries, resolving live service issues, and providing training on the online interface. You will work closely with programme colleagues, product managers, and business analysts to monitor data integrity and improve the service. Additionally, you will process applications for registration of light obstruction notices and compulsory purchase orders.

Selection process
The online verbal test must be completed by 25 October 2026. Virtual interviews will take place week commencing 16 November 2026.
