The Science and Technology People Lead manages a team to ensure individuals are utilised effectively in line with business requirements. This role involves line management, performance management, tasking individuals within their suitably qualified and experienced person boundaries, and assuring their health, safety, and security. You will balance business needs against the development and goals of your team members to deliver mission success.
