Safety and Security Senior Manager
The Safety and Security Senior Manager leads a team of Regional Safety and Security Officers to ensure compliance with operational and legislative safety requirements across HM Courts and Tribunals Service. The role involves managing the safety and security framework, conducting health, safety, and fire risk audits, and advising senior leaders on risk mitigation and incident response. The postholder works within the National Support Unit, collaborating with regional teams, operational leadership, and delivery directors to maintain organizational resilience and safety standards. This position is vital for identifying vulnerabilities and promoting best practices in safety management across national operations.

Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate
