SDA Submarine Production Alliance - Head of Security
As the Submarine Production Head of Security, you will provide senior leadership across delivery teams and the wider organisation to protect UK nuclear submarine manufacturing. You will lead the security community, oversee regulatory compliance, and direct product security, physical security, and corporate security outputs. Working closely with Ministry of Defence colleagues and industry partners, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams and shape security strategy. This role ensures safe governance and mitigates evolving threats to critical defence programmes.

- Experience delivering Information Assurance and product security outcomes
- Expertise in Systems Engineering principles for secure production solutions
- Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex environments
- Proven track record in technical risk management and decision making
Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer, Chartered British Security Council or equivalent
- Membership of a recognised professional body
