Select Committee Safeguarding & Witness Support
You will work in the Education, Children and Young People Hub at the House of Commons as a Select Committee Safeguarding and Witness Support officer. Your day involves helping committees create safe, supportive and inclusive experiences for witnesses with lived experience, and providing trusted advice on welfare and safeguarding throughout the inquiry process. You will work directly with committee teams to identify welfare concerns, deliver training, improve guidance, and collaborate closely with the Safeguarding Team across Parliament. The role is based at the heart of Parliament's fast-paced committee environment to ensure concerns are managed sensitively and promptly.

- Ability to build trusted relationships and promote inclusion
- Excellent communication skills to act impartially and convey information clearly
Qualifications
- Safeguarding qualification at Level 3 or above, or willingness to complete training
