Senior Finance Business Partner
As a Senior Finance Business Partner at the Department for Work and Pensions, you will provide strategic financial leadership, advice, and robust challenge to senior stakeholders and director generals. You will collaborate closely with operational and project leads to develop accurate multi-year financial plans, evaluate performance, and ensure sound commercial decision-making. Day to day, you will manage a business partner team, utilize data analytics to drive cost-effectiveness, and lead financial implementation or workforce planning activities. This role sits within financial management teams supporting major departmental groups, helping shape services that impact millions across Great Britain.
