Senior Internal Communications Manager
You will lead and develop internal communication campaigns that engage colleagues and align with the wider communications strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic advice and constructive challenge to ensure messages resonate. You will gather intelligence and analyse engagement effectiveness to shape future communication approaches. Working collaboratively across the communications directorate, you will also provide line management and build talent succession plans.
