Tax Litigator
Tax litigators manage a portfolio of standard tax appeals and provide legal support on complex cases within HM Revenue and Customs Legal Group. You will analyze issues, research legislation, draft written submissions, and present cases or support colleagues at the First-tier Tribunal. You will work closely with decision makers, witnesses, and senior legal colleagues to ensure litigation deadlines are strictly met. The role requires strong organisation and communication skills to handle caseloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above or equivalent including English and Maths
Nationality requirements
Most nationals from the UK, Ireland, Commonwealth, EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Turkey with relevant status are eligible.
Selection process
Interviews will take place via video link and will include a technical presentation.
