Senior Manager Design and Development
The Senior Manager in Design and Development leads and contributes to projects within Ofqual's vocational and technical qualifications or general qualifications teams. The role focuses on developing subject-specific regulatory expectations for assessment approaches and reviewing qualification materials generated by exam boards. The postholder identifies options and makes recommendations to inform decision-making while leading discussions with internal and external stakeholders including the Department for Education. This work supports a major multi-year programme of qualification reform to secure the long-term quality, validity, and coherence of the nation's qualifications system.

Qualifications
- A level 6 qualification such as an honours degree or equivalent experience
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss and Turkish nationals with appropriate status or right to work.
