Head of Organisational Design and Development
This role establishes and leads a new Organisation Design and Development function within the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, shaping how the organisation approaches structure, culture, capability, and ways of working. The postholder works with senior leaders to diagnose complex organisational challenges, influence future operating models, and develop evidence-based approaches across Scotland’s prosecution service. They build professional capability within the specialist team, partner with corporate functions, and demonstrate the impact of interventions on organisational performance. The position requires operating with ambiguity and using quantitative and qualitative evidence to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in Organisation Design or equivalent experience
- Chartered Member of CIPD or agree to work towards it within two years
