Head of Organisational Development & Design
The Head of Organisational Development and Design sets the strategic direction and acts as the organisational authority for organisational development, people change, and inclusion. The role ensures the organization's structures, leadership capability, and ways of working enable the delivery of long-term business objectives. Working closely with senior leaders, the Deputy Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Capability, and various specialist teams, the postholder provides enterprise-level leadership across organisational design, learning, and equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. This position is vital for shaping priorities through organisational health insight, ensuring target operating models and structural changes are robustly assured, and driving a high-performance culture.

- Ability to convert organisational health data into actionable insight
- Experience in EDI and engagement governance, statutory reporting and senior engagement
