Senior Operational Support Manager, Yorkshire and The Humber Probation Service, Performance and Quality, Part-Time
This part-time role provides operational management and strategic support within the Probation Service across the Yorkshire and the Humber region. You will work closely with the Head of Local Delivery Unit Cluster to lead on performance, quality, audits, and complex cases. The position involves representing the organisation with external partners, managing administrative functions, and supporting staff development. Ultimately, the role contributes to the service's strategic aims of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma/Honours Degree
- Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice
