Senior Policy Advisor (Impact)
This role involves working within the Regulatory Innovation Office to help establish and deliver a new organization-wide impact function. You will support policy and programme teams by developing theories of change, evaluation frameworks, monitoring approaches, and impact evidence. Day to day, you will conduct evidence reviews, produce impact case studies, and work collaboratively with colleagues across policy, analytical, and operational teams. Additionally, the position involves line management responsibilities to guide staff performance, set objectives, and support professional development.
