Senior Probation Officer, Yorkshire and the Humber Probation Service, North and North East Lincolnshire, Part Time (0.81FTE)
This is a management role within the National Probation Service where you will lead and support operational teams to deliver high standards of practice and performance. You will manage staff development, budgets, and resources while ensuring that offender managers appropriately handle risk and public protection standards. Working closely with partners and key stakeholders, you will help drive continuous improvement and contribute to the corporate management of the local delivery unit.

Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma/ Honours Degree in Community Justice
- Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice
- Diploma in Probation Studies
- Diploma in Social Work with Probation Option
