Senior Scientist
The Senior Scientist provides epidemiological and data management support across various topic areas, contributing to disease surveillance and outbreak investigations. The postholder analyses complex health data, develops automated analytical routines using R and other software, and manages research projects and academic collaborations. Working closely with senior epidemiologists and local health protection teams, the role also involves supporting incident response activities and presenting scientific findings.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
- MSc in Epidemiology, public health, or an allied discipline
- Knowledge of surveillance principles, database management and security
- Experience interpreting epidemiological data and performing analysis
- Proficiency in tools such as STATA, R, GIS, and SQL
