As a Senior Tech Lead, you will drive application development and coordinate technical teams to create and maintain legacy replacement products and services for the Department for Work and Pensions. You will work at a strategic level across multiple delivery teams, defining engineering standards and utilizing your expertise in package implementation, configuration, customisation, and solution architecture. Day to day, you will support delivery teams by developing product roadmaps, managing lifecycles, and mentoring engineers to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and non-functional requirements. You will engage with key stakeholders to secure governance approvals and provide technical input on the viability of improvements and estimated implementation timescales.
