Social Science Adviser
The Government Office for Science is looking for a Social Science Adviser to join the Climate, Society and International Deputy Directorate. You will apply social and behavioural science expertise to practical government challenges, translating complex evidence into clear advice for policy and analytical colleagues. Day-to-day work involves leading projects, building internal capability, and engaging with academic and government stakeholders. You will also support emergency preparedness initiatives and contribute to evidence syntheses and briefings.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss (with EUSS status), and Turkish nationals.
