SPI: Printing Services Standford Hill
The job holder manages a specialist prison print workshop that operates like a commercial print environment, combining production management with vocational training and mentoring. They deliver practical instruction, supervise prisoners in the workplace, and develop technical skills to support progress towards accredited learning programmes. The successful candidate ensures consistently high standards of print quality, safety, security, and professional conduct while meeting customer specifications. They work alongside prisoners and prison staff to improve employment prospects and rehabilitate individuals before their release.
