As a User-Centred Design Lead, you will provide leadership, coaching, and professional oversight to design practice across the Test, Learn and Grow programme. You will work closely with the Head of Design, senior leaders, and local authorities to set strategic direction, build design capability, and assure quality across complex place-based initiatives. This role bridges policy, digital, and user-centred design to drive innovation in public service delivery across the United Kingdom.
