Valuation and Appraisals Manager
You will provide valuation and appraisal advice to colleagues delivering housing and regeneration projects across England. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will review project appraisals, prepare Red Book Valuations, and support key government priorities and asset valuations. You will help create new tools and support Homes England's community of surveying professionals. This role offers an opportunity to shape future valuation practices in an influential national organisation.
