Graduate Valuation Surveyor
As a Graduate Valuation Surveyor at HM Revenue and Customs, you will develop your professional skills by undertaking property inspections, collecting market evidence, and applying valuation principles to support tax decisions. You will work within a supportive team to manage your own caseload while participating in the Assessment of Professional Competence programme to achieve Chartered Surveyor status. Collaborating closely with experienced surveyors and customers, you will help deliver high-quality property valuation services across England and Wales.

Qualifications
- RICS accredited Real Estate or Valuation degree at 2:2 or above
- RICS accredited Masters in Real Estate or Valuation

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate right to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
Sifting takes place between 9 October and 6 November 2026. Face-to-face interviews via assessment centres will take place between 31 November and 3 December 2026.
