Victim Liaison Officer
You will provide a high-quality service to victims of crime through effective verbal and written communication, responding to enquiries, providing case updates, and explaining decisions in a professional manner. You will manage sensitive conversations with victims and stakeholders, build productive relationships with criminal justice partners like police forces, and signpost people to relevant support agencies. Working within the Crown Prosecution Service, you will help victims understand the legal system, criminal justice procedures, and their rights with confidence and clarity. Your role ensures that victims' welfare and needs remain central throughout the entire criminal justice process.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU, EUSS, and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
Selection process
Interviews are expected to take place on 3rd and 4th November 2026 in Liverpool, consisting of an online application and interview format.
