Work shop Instructor
The job holder will supervise, manage, and control prisoners in non-specialist prison workshops, ensuring a structured and disciplined environment that mirrors outside employment. Responsibilities include inducting prisoners, providing health and safety training, managing work schedules, maintaining security, and supporting prisoner development through reports and assessments. The role works closely with prisoners and internal prison teams to maintain high standards of output and safety. This is a non-operational, rotational workshop instructor position within a prison establishment.
