Youth Justice Worker - Advance into Justice
This role involves supporting children and young people in youth custody by ensuring their security and safety while providing practical, day-to-day care. You will work closely with young individuals who may have complex needs, helping them build better futures through positive guidance and interventions. Collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals, you will help facilitate safe movement and manage behavioural issues in a custodial environment. The position is part of the Youth Custody Service and requires passing medical and fitness assessments.
