Youth Justice Worker - HMP Werrington
You will work as a youth justice worker supporting children and young people in custody to help them build better futures. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring safety and security, facilitating safe movement around the site, and handling interventions or managing behavioural issues. You will collaborate closely with young people, their families, carers, and other professionals to assess needs and agree on supportive interventions. This role requires managing complex situations with empathy and sound judgment while working in a 24/7 custodial environment.
