Youth Justice Worker - HMP Wetherby
You will work as a youth justice worker supporting children and young people in custody at a young offender institution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring safety and security, facilitating safe movement around the site, and managing interventions to de-escalate complex situations. You will collaborate closely with families, carers, and other professionals to help vulnerable young individuals build better futures. Comprehensive training and development will equip you with the skills needed to guide and support these children effectively.
