Senior Business Analyst - ToM
Working within the Target Operating Model team, you will play a key role in supporting Homes England's strategic transformation agenda as part of the Integrated Change Programme. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement strategic business transformation initiatives, helping to define future operating models, business capabilities, and processes. The role involves leading discovery activities, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and translating strategic objectives into practical solutions that improve organisational effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of business analysis best practice across the organisation.
