Client Manager - Glasgow (5105)
As a Case Manager, you will assess benefit applications and make accurate, timely award decisions to ensure people across Scotland receive the financial support they are entitled to. You will manage a complex caseload and communicate sensitively with clients over the telephone or in writing to gather information and explain outcomes. Working in a performance-driven environment, you will handle personal data confidentially and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve services. This operational role involves working flexibly across different benefit areas to support the delivery of devolved grants.

Nationality requirements
