Community Payback Co-Ordinator - Bicester, Milton Keynes - Outcome in a Day (South Central)
This role involves establishing and maintaining working relationships with local authorities, charities, and stakeholders to secure sufficient Community Payback work placements. You will support people on probation on their journey while ensuring all placements meet quality standards and policy objectives. Day to day, you will explore opportunities for unpaid workers to access training and education to develop their skills and improve employment prospects. You will work closely with the Community Payback Manager and collaborate with various voluntary and statutory organisations.

Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Selection process
Interviews will be held in person on either Monday 26th October or Monday 2nd November as a full-day assessment event at the Bicester Office.
