Community Payback Co-Ordinator - Southampton, Portsmouth - Outcome in a Day (South Central)
As a Community Payback Co-Ordinator, you will establish and maintain relationships with partner organisations, customers, and stakeholders to ensure sufficient work placements are available. You will support people on probation on their journey and help make your community a better place by securing quality unpaid work opportunities. You will work with voluntary and statutory organisations to ensure placements meet policy objectives and relevant legislation. This high-profile role involves working flexibly across the week and requires weekend working on a Saturday and Sunday each month.
Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence

This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate status.
Selection process
Interviews will be held in person on either Thursday 5th November or Thursday 12th November at the Southampton Office as a full-day assessment event.
