Community Payback Co-Ordinator - Reading - Outcome in a Day (South Central)
As a Community Payback Placement Coordinator, you will establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, charities, and other stakeholders to ensure there are enough unpaid work placements for people on probation. You will work closely with community payback managers, supervisors, and people on probation to coordinate projects that help individuals build skills and make their communities better. This role involves exploring opportunities for on-the-job training and education while ensuring all placements comply with relevant organizational policies and legislation. You will support the delivery of court sentences by securing quality work placements and assessing project sites.
Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work.
Selection process
Interviews will be held in person on Tuesday 3rd November at the Reading Office as a full-day assessment event.
