Community Payback Supervisor - Colchester
This role involves directly supervising work groups of individuals completing community sentences through unpaid work placements. You will lead small teams in hands-on manual tasks such as building benches, clearing overgrowth, and cleaning streets to benefit the local community. Working closely with people on probation, you will motivate them to complete tasks while ensuring their wellbeing and safety. You will also drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment to various project sites.
