Programme Facilitator - Basingstoke (South Central)
You will deliver structured rehabilitation programmes and interventions to people on probation to help reduce reoffending and support meaningful change. Day to day, you will plan and run group sessions, manage group dynamics, monitor progress, and reinforce positive behaviours using pro-social modelling. You will work closely with colleagues in the intervention team, probation practitioners, and criminal justice agencies to share information and support risk management. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.
