Community Payback Supervisor - Harlow
This role involves directly supervising work groups of offenders serving community sentences, ensuring tasks are carried out to the best of their ability. You will lead small teams in manual tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, and litter picking while driving service vehicles to transport people and equipment. Working alongside service users, you will demonstrate good practice and support their rehabilitation journey. The position requires working frequent weekends and potentially covering some evenings.
