Community Payback Supervisor - Kings Lynn
Community payback supervisors lead small teams of people on probation to complete unpaid work in local communities, such as clearing overgrowth, cleaning streets, and restoring public facilities. On a typical day, the post holder spends up to seven hours directly supervising work groups, driving service vehicles, and demonstrating good practice on site. The role involves working closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds to support their rehabilitation and make a positive community impact. Working patterns include regular weekends and occasional evenings to match project schedules.
