Community Payback Supervisor - Luton
This role involves directly supervising work groups of individuals serving community sentences by leading small teams to complete unpaid work tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, and removing graffiti. You will drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment while working alongside service users to demonstrate good practice and support their rehabilitation. The position requires managing work site tasks and maintaining wellbeing in a fast-paced environment with frequent weekend working patterns. You will work within the Probation Service to help individuals on probation make positive contributions to local communities.
