Community Payback Supervisor - Peterborough
This is a hands-on operational role where you will directly supervise and motivate small work groups of offenders completing community payback unpaid work placements. Day to day, you will lead teams on various practical projects such as building benches, clearing overgrowth, and removing graffiti while ensuring tasks are completed safely. You will work closely with people on probation to support their rehabilitation, sometimes driving service vehicles to transport people and equipment. The role requires working frequent weekends and occasional evenings to accommodate project schedules.
