Community Payback Supervisor - St Albans
This is an operational role directly supervising work groups of offenders serving a community sentence, leading small teams to complete unpaid work hours. You will spend up to seven hours a day managing practical tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, and litter picking while driving service vehicles to transport people and equipment. You will work alongside people on probation to motivate them, demonstrate good practice, and help them make a positive contribution to local communities. The role involves working flexible patterns including frequent weekends and occasional evenings to support community projects.
