Community Payback Supervisor - Stevenage
You will directly supervise and motivate small work groups of offenders serving community sentences on various unpaid work placements. Your day-to-day duties involve leading manual tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, and litter picking while driving service vehicles. You work closely with people on probation to ensure tasks are completed safely and to a high standard, helping them contribute positively to local communities. This is an active, hands-on operational role where you will support rehabilitation through practical work and teamwork.
