Universal Credit Job Centre - Work Coach - Northeast Scotland
As a work coach, you will help people navigate difficult times and move towards financial independence through work. You will manage a varied caseload, providing tailored support and guidance to customers claiming benefits through face-to-face, digital, and telephone contact. You will work within a jobcentre alongside colleagues and local partners to match individuals with suitable employment and services. This rewarding role allows you to make a clear, positive difference to people's lives every day.
