Universal Credit Job Centre - Work Coach - South West Scotland
As a Work Coach within the Department for Work and Pensions, you will help individuals and families achieve financial independence through employment and access necessary support. Your day-to-day work involves communicating with customers through face-to-face meetings, digital channels, and telephone contact to provide tailored advice, job search support, and referrals. You will collaborate with local employers, service partners, and colleagues to manage a dedicated caseload and help people navigate challenging times. Ultimately, the role requires you to make sound, timely decisions based on customer needs while meeting equality and performance standards.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
