Organisational Design Specialist (6 months FTC)
The Organisational Design Specialist leads organisational design and implementation as part of the Housing Ombudsman Service's People function. Working closely with the Senior People Manager for Change, the role bridges business strategy and workforce execution by balancing structural components like hierarchies and spans of control with cultural elements. The post holder acts as a subject matter expert on organisational design for the Total Reward and Target Operating Model or Service design projects. They help deliver new capabilities and business outcomes in line with strategic objectives and the people and culture strategy.
