Head of People Services
The Head of People Services leads the in-house human resources function for the Judicial Office within the Ministry of Justice, supporting a growing organisation of nearly 500 staff. The postholder acts as the senior people adviser to the board and senior leaders, translating strategic objectives into a coherent people plan and managing workforce priorities. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and the team, the role combines strategic workforce planning, policy oversight, and data analysis with operational leadership of business-as-usual services.

Qualifications
- CIPD qualification, or equivalent breadth and depth of professional HR experience
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
