HMP and YOI Feltham A. Vocational Instructors
You will instruct and supervise prisoners in workshops, ensuring they engage in meaningful training, education, or work experience in a safe and secure environment. You will manage discipline, log attendance, order materials, and maintain workshop security while supporting learners with resettlement opportunities. Working closely with prisoners and colleagues, you will help develop vocational skills and contribute to individual learning plans and risk assessments.
