L&D Planning & Logistics Officer
This role involves leading a learning and development planning and logistics team to ensure colleagues have the right resources and equipment at the right time. The postholder will oversee learning and resource planning, produce annual learning plans, and analyse data from learning systems to provide management information for decision-making. Working closely with the People Directorate and wider business stakeholders, the successful candidate will help shape and embed the learning and development strategy. They will also manage team performance and drive continuous improvement across organisational learning delivery.

Qualifications
- CIPD or equivalent L&D qualifications or willing to study
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
