Trainee Legal Adviser - Kent
Trainee legal advisers work within HM Courts and Tribunals Service to support the fair and efficient administration of justice across criminal, civil, and family courts. Day to day, you will learn to provide magistrates with impartial legal advice on points of law, practice, and procedure, help formulate and draft judgment reasons, and conduct case management hearings. You will be supported by a mentor through a structured training programme while working in a fast-paced court environment alongside judges, magistrates, and outside agencies. Once qualified, you act as the professional face of the court, ensuring every participant is treated with respect and integrity.

Qualifications
- Passed academic stage for solicitor or barrister
- CIEx Level 3 & Level 6 Diplomas in Law and Practice
- CILEx Graduate Fast Track Diploma
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with relevant right to work or EUSS status.
